How does the online consultation take place?
You'll need to have a tape measure and a stable connection, the video call will take place on whatsapp because it's a tool available to everyone and the video call is encrypted, so your images will be protected and will not be disseminated in any way!

during the video call, which lasts about 15/20 minutes, we will give you step-by-step instructions on how to take the measurements we request in a precise manner, correcting the position of the meter together and describing the measures we need to take to make sure we send you home the perfect size bra!

after that we'll ask you about your preferences for models/colours/any allergies to fabrics or components that may be contained in bras, and we'll also measure your hips together if you want panties to match your bra!

After a careful study of your size and shape of your breasts, we will send you on whatsapp all the links of the bra models that best suit your needs and your shapes, you will only have to choose the models you like and answer us in chat telling us which models you have chosen, we will take care of preparing the preliminary order with the correct sizes, you will not have to do anything, we will send you back the order link already filled in, with the correct sizes, then all you have to do is complete the payment with the models of your choice and enter your shipping data!
